CGC1P :: Unit 3 Lesson 1
Ecological Footprints
Suggested Time: 60 minutes
You will be introduced to your "ecological footprint" which is a measure used to calculate the amount of resources that an individual uses per year. In Canada we have very big feet, and use nearly four times as much as the two hectares allotted to each person on Earth. By doing the quiz and calculating the size of your own ecological footprint, you will be able to see how large your own "footprint" is in comparison with other Canadians.
